What is a URL shortener?

Is Urlik free to use?
Yes. Shortening links, generating QR codes and the other core tools are free and need no account. A free account raises your limits and unlocks a dashboard; the Pro plan adds custom domains and higher quotas.
Do short links expire?
No, links stay active indefinitely by default. If you want a link to stop working after a while, set an optional expiry date or maximum lifetime when you create it.
Can I see how many people clicked my link?
Yes. Open the stats page for any link to see total and unique clicks over time, plus a breakdown by country, device, browser and referring site.
