Who we are

urlik.xyz is a link-shortening and web-tools service. For any privacy question contact [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data — e-mail address and password hash when you register (or your SSO profile id).
• Links and content you create — shortened URLs, QR codes, bio pages, payment pages, uploaded files (Secure Drop) and temporary-mail messages.
• Click analytics — when someone opens a short link we log time, referrer, device and browser type, and the visitor's IP address, which we resolve to a country code. Full IP addresses are used only for this resolution and for abuse prevention.
• Cookies — a session cookie (sign-in), your theme and language preferences, your cookie-consent choice and, only if you accept, Google Analytics cookies.

What we use it for

To run the service, show you click statistics, prevent abuse (spam, phishing, malware), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

Google Analytics (traffic statistics, only after consent), Astrina (first-party usage statistics), Adgora (advertising on content pages for free accounts), Payora (payment processing — we never see or store card details).

Retention

Temporary mailboxes and their messages are deleted automatically after their lifetime expires. Secure-Drop files are deleted after download or expiry. Click logs are kept while the link exists. Account data is kept until you delete the account.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time — from your account page or by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
